I love art. I’ve always always loved it. But it always has been a one sided love affair between me and her, but these past few months i tried painting again. Tried with every medium i could think of. She still doesnt like me very much but at least she doesnt hate me as much as she used to lol so go on, try something you’ve always wanted to do. You cant use having no time as an excuse anymore, after all, with all that’s going on out there? There is no better time to try things out than this. So go. Try new things. 😌

What’s your coping mechanism? For me, reading has always been my best escape. My coping mechanism. Ever since way before i can remember i’ve always loved books. I used to love novels and short stories, but now poetry has my heart and soul. Poetry and a crap ton loads of manga 🤣
Late night quarantine series part 1: coffee and chill ☕️✨
Hows everyone? Me? Been good!! Anyway, I’ve always wanted to do this “series” ever since the quarantine started.. Just never got the confidence OR the motivation to do so lol but they’re here now!! haha these are my top three activities during these past few months of being locked in my room alone and being a night owl. I know it hasnt been easy out there but hey, we just find our own rhythm to adapt to right? 😌 TOP ACTIVITY #1: coffee and chill. ✨
To the others like me who’s been struggling with their mental health even more so than before because of this lock down, i see you and I FEEL YOU. All your pain and your discomfort are valid. Just hang in there until the world gets better. For now, pick up a good book. Listen to a good music. Do something. Anything that makes you feel good while also doing your part as a responsible citizen. The universe temporarily took our coping systems. And that’s okey. It’s also okey to not get involve in the toxicity outside of your safe room. It’s okey to ignore anything that makes you feel bad. It’s okey not to be okey. But hang in there until the storm passes.
